Nourishing everyday life through food, movement, and gratitude.

As long as I can remember, I’ve believed in the small things.

The way a breeze can give your body room for a bigger breath, how a single conversation with a friend can inspire, or the way small habits inevitably build the foundation of our lives.

Whether it’s through building our foundation, or navigating life’s biggest trials, there is always room to step back and observe the smaller frames that make up the bigger picture.

This philosophy has truly mended my heart through major life changes, guided me in my call to teach yoga, and is weaved through my approach to wellness and counseling.

With this sense of curiosity in mind, I’m called to invite in a gentler way of living, a simpler way of healing and nourishing ourselves.

If this approach feels familiar or interesting, you will see ways to engage with my content through movement practices, yoga classes, newsletters and nutrition counseling. Please don’t hesitate to reach out directly on the contact page if you just want to connect or if inquiring about working together. I’m so happy you’re here and I hope some small joys reach you today.
